What we are, plainly stated
We are a specialised pharmaceutical boutique, not a consulting corporation, and we work on a small number of selected mandates at any one time.
The company was established in Germany and has since worked with pharmaceutical and life sciences companies on business development, commercial questions, market entry and international partnerships. Much of this work connects European companies with international counterparties, particularly in India and elsewhere in Asia.
Mandates come primarily through referral and through relationships maintained over years with manufacturers, distributors, partners and industry contacts in several markets.
We are not a regulatory consultancy, a law firm or a manufacturer, and we do not claim technical or regulatory capabilities. Where such expertise is required, we work alongside the client's own specialists or established external advisors.
